This is one of our limited edition prints that sell for $175 plus tax of 7.5% and actual shipping.  As the title states this is one of those gorgeous events that unless you have visited the Florida Keys you likely would not have seen.  Many of Millard Wells’ close friends have enjoyed this scene in […]

LeMoyne Hall and his wife, Allie were my mother and father’s dearest friends when we first moved to the Florida Keys from outside Chicago, IL in the late ’60’s.  This painting belongs to LeMoyne and Allie’s eldest son and his wife, also dear family friends.   If I hadn’t seen these birds with my own eyes […]

Florida Keys Legacy

Roseate Spoonbills are the striking aspect of “Florida Keys Legacy”.  Spoonbills are now rarely seen seasonally around the small islands that dot the waters off the cape where the Everglades meet the Florida Bay.  Their unique rich pink is complimented by pastels of blue-green and lavender in the sky, and the clear waters reveal bonefish lingering near the mangroves.
