Millard Wells 1921-2012, was a member of the prestigious American Watercolor Society since 1966, was surely the most exciting and prolific watercolor specialist in Florida.
From his longtime home and studio in the Florida Keys, he has recorded a lifetime of impressions of his spectacular surroundings.
