This was sent to us by an appraiser in Arkansas, the Artist’s birthplace. As usual I absolutely love getting these kind of e-mails with photos of people’s collections. These prints were done in batches of two hundred and fifty (not counting the artist’s proofs etc.).

Millard Wells 1921-2012, was a member of the prestigious American Watercolor Society since 1966, was surely the most exciting and prolific watercolor specialist in Florida.
From his longtime home and studio in the Florida Keys, he has recorded a lifetime of impressions of his spectacular surroundings. |
